Why should I invest in this retreat? What is included?
We designed Fog + Sage as a restorative retreat for female professionals left uninspired by corporate conferences, introverts overwhelmed by superficial social functions, and plugged-in urbanites ready to release and recharge somewhere remote. It's an incredible way to spark change and creativity in your life and career, and our unique blend of creative workshops, activities, and space for reflection and solitude make this a once in a life time experience.

Is this an unplugged experience?
While we will be discussing digital tools and effective practices for building an organic online community, we designed the Fog + Sage retreat as a release from our plugged-in day-to-day routine and as an open, creative space for us to restore, revive, and rejuvenate. There will be little to no cell service (though there is wifi and we are equipped with landlines), so for much of our time together, we’ll all be unplugged from our devices. Hopefully this will be a welcomed change :)
What is your refund policy?
We understand that things come up, and so we offer refunds up to 60 days in advance of the retreat. Since we are curating a custom experience that involves upfront costs and planning, we will not refund any cancellations made after January 1, 2017. We do offer payment plans, so contact us if you would like to learn more about that, or if you have any other issues or questions, and we will do our best to work them out!
Where will the retreat be held?

What does Fog + Sage mean?
Founded by Flynn and Stef, we were inspired to take our own names and transform them into a concept that combines our passions and skills in a perfect blend of whimsical thought and grounded wisdom, connection to others and self-expression, creative ideas and ways to take action. Who is this retreat intended for?
This particular retreat is a curated experience for women, though please stay in touch as we add future experiences. We welcome all women, and just ask that you come with an open mind, ready to share your voice and explore your story, whether personal, professional, or both. We limit the spots for this retreat so that we can curate a custom experience that is intimate and enriching for each participant.
What do I need to bring?
We will send along a full welcome packet after you register! At that time, you can also share any food allergies or other health restrictions we should know about. Our intention is to thoughtfully curate an experience that is relaxing and rejuvenating for each participant.
