THE WEEKEND

We designed the Fog + Sage retreat as a shared personal experience for professional women to restore, revive, and rejuvenate.

This restorative retreat will be hosted from March 3-5, 2017 at a beautifully renovated 1864 farmhouse nestled under towering eucalyptus and cypress trees along Northern California's coast. Our intimate gathering will blend farm-to-table meals with fresh perspectives, engaging conversation with space for solitude, all the while providing one-on-one guidance for aligning your internal purpose with your actual impact on the world around you.

Through open dialogue and a safe space for self-exploration, you will discover storytelling as a tool for sharing your vision and connecting with yourself and others. Our Retreat Curators are influential creative leaders, so this is a unique opportunity to work directly with leading storytellers in developing your voice and designing how you want to share it with the world.

This experience will help spark professional clarity and alignment, so we’ve compiled communication strategies for How To Convince Your Boss to support your participation in this retreat.

WHO IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR?

This experience is for women who want to make meaningful connections with themselves and others, spark creativity and inspiration in their work and lives, gain practical and actionable ways to grow their communities and businesses, connect in an intimate setting with influencers and thought leaders, and walk away rejuvenated, inspired, restored, and ready to change the world. Whether you are looking to spark new ideas and creativity in your career, take the time to reflect and plan your next big project, or to soak up the restorative nature and build your community, this retreat is for you.

We limit the spots for this retreat to maintain an intimate experience, with plenty of moments to get to know your fellow participants, spend quality time with the Curators, and soak up the richness of the weekend.

ACCOMMODATIONS

We are hosting the retreat from March 3-5, 2017 at a beautifully renovated 1864 farmhouse on 166 acres of certified organic property about 1.5 hours north of San Francisco. Nestled under towering eucalyptus and cypress trees, the Straus Home Ranch rests alongside the peaceful shores of Tomales Bay.

Your overnight accommodations are included, and you will stay in a private bedroom with your own queen bed, but you will share your bathroom. *Due to high demand and overflow, we've opened up additional accomodations, which are private cottages with private bath, just up the road from the Ranch.

We will send a Welcome Packet with detailed information for your travels and stay after booking. If you are coming from out of town, and are planning on staying in the Bay Area before or after, we are more than happy to share our recommendations on what to see and where to eat!

Please note that transportation to and from the retreat is not included in the package, so you will need to secure this on your own.

CUISINE

All delicious farm-to-table meals and snacks will be made in-house by our private Retreat Chef, Chris (and there will be vegetarian options for the veggies among us). From locally sourcing the food, to the loving process of preparing each meal, to gathering to enjoy our meals together, the Fog + Sage culinary experience is deeply embedded in the story and sensorial experience of the weekend.

Please contact us with any food allergies, preferences, or questions.

"There is no one who truly devotes themselves to building a creative community more than Stef, and her passion is evident in everything she does. One word that perfectly describes Stef is authentic because she inspires people to be unique, and she accentuates everyone's special qualities."

"Flynn's workshop style was a true revelation – engaging and intelligent material well presented. It was refreshing, unique, and inspirational. I walked away inspired and motivated. I was with a remarkable group and Flynn showed us that we all have a story to tell, why it matters and how finding it can positively impact our lives. It was an incredible experience."
